Erding thermal spring
The Erding thermal spring, one of the largest thermal springs in Europe, works with an integrated mafis® guestmanagement system for admission control and accountingsystem from eccos pro.
Checking in and checking out is carried out via 14 mafis® staff terminal stations, where contactless data media in the form of transponders are issued.
The automatic topping up of the admission charge for areas not paid for in advance (e.g. the sauna facility) and the entry and exit checks are carried out by non-contact readers. This allows the utilisation to be controlled and evaluated in a business assessment.
The 6 NovaTouch® catering tills including 6 ORDERMAN® handheld terminals are equipped with non-contact readers. In addition, the sunbeds are controlled online and can be used with the transponder without using any cash. Inside the thermal spring the guest “pays” without using cash with the digital data media. The turnover is updated and stored at all times on the server.
Payment is only made on leaving the thermal spring – in cash or without using cash. Particularly convenient for regular guests: the thermal springs CARD. A price advantage of up to 12% can be realised with this card.
