The 19th eccos pro user group meeting took place on 31 March and 1 April at the Heidepark in Soltau, North Germany’s largest family and leisure park. The theme of the programme of presentations was “Managing and motivating staff” with distinguished industry experts providing interesting insights to the 178 participants into the key elements of pool management. Practical workshops complemented the presentation in the “Port Royal” adventure hotel, the “pirate centre” within the Heidepark resort. Between sessions, visitors were able to find out about a whole variety of industry innovations from well known exhibitors.
