Enhance guest loyalty with individualisation
In the hotel business individual design concepts cater for a sense of well-being for the guest and create a simple recognition factor, a clear boundary to competition and ideal customer retention. In hotels that see their strong point in providing every single guest with individual liaison and support, imaginative, above-standard organisation and its scrupulous implementation in every detail is an expression of their own approach to the guest and thus a special concern.
Customised electronic door mounting sets at the entry to the “private” area of well-being of the guest room already make a contribution to boosting the brand in an elegant and discreet fashion. Locking systems with printable front panels allow a design with customised key visuals and graphic motifs. The hotel logo on the door mounting signalises the private brand each time the room is entered. In addition, subject areas in the structure of the building or in room signage can be visualised consistently by means of corresponding colour concepts on the handle plate. Room numbers or room designations that are applied to the front panel facilitate orientation.
Customised locking systems adapt perfectly to the visual appearance of the door leaf with easily exchangeable decorative rosettes made from wood. Other materials such as leather, cork or ceramic can also be implemented. On customer request the handle and rosette sets should be combinable in order to implement classic and modern styles in an optimal way.
