After only two years the existing POS system at the AsiaSpa thermal bath in the Austrian town of Leoben was replaced by a mafis® guest management system including a NovaTouch® catering POS system. During day-to-day operations it was possible to successfully carry out the entire system hardware and software changeover within just one week.

Michael Bäuml, project manager at the operating company GMF, expressed his sincere thanks to the eccos pro team for the "competent and committed monitoring " during the conversion phase: "We were not sure to what extent it would be possible to carry out the training courses, briefings, conversion and placing into operation within one week. But it worked out really well."
